DACustoms service invoicing is now faster, more flexible, and more automated. This release adds 1-click invoice creation into the accounting system, supports customer-specific service pricing and tax-duty fees, and improves order filtering and layout clarity.
Service invoices can now be created directly from DACustoms into the accounting system with one click. Invoices can be generated for multiple orders at once, for one complete order with all its details, or for a single order detail.
Users can now specify who should pay the service invoice, such as the customer or the declarant. This makes invoice creation more accurate and better aligned with real operational and billing workflows.
Orders can now be filtered by invoicing status, making it easier to find exactly what needs attention. Available filters include orders to invoice, invoiced orders, invoiced and paid orders, and invoiced but unpaid orders.
Admins can now configure fees for taxes and duties at the individual customer level. DACustoms automatically calculates these fees when creating the related service invoice, reducing manual work and improving billing consistency.
Admins can now set standard prices for each service and override those prices for individual customers. This allows DACustoms to support customer-specific pricing models while keeping default service pricing easy to manage.
A service can now be linked to another service for additional HS codes or other extra items. DACustoms can invoice these additional items automatically based on the linked service configuration.
Automatic tax reading has been improved and now also works with precalculation documents. This helps teams capture tax information earlier and reduces the need for manual entry.
The order interface has been refined for better daily use. Filters now have a cleaner layout with larger buttons and improved alignment, the icon for bringing back the orders list is easier to identify, and order action buttons at the bottom are separated more clearly.
