DACustoms email and invoice workflows are now faster, more reliable, and easier to personalize. This release improves Microsoft Office 365 email integration, adds automatic invoice PDF saving, and gives each user better control over the notifications they receive.
DACustoms now uses a new Microsoft Office 365 email integration that makes receiving and processing emails much faster. Incoming messages can be handled more efficiently, helping teams react sooner to customer requests and order updates.
Invoices from the accounting system can now be saved automatically as PDF files using the official invoice number. This makes invoice documents easier to identify, archive, download, and share when needed.
Each user can now choose which DACustoms notifications they want to receive. This gives users more control over their inbox and helps ensure they are notified only about the updates that are relevant to their work.
DACustoms now includes additional automatic synchronization with the email provider. This improves reliability when working with incoming emails and helps keep the platform better aligned with the connected mailbox.
